If you accept the things the way they are- your health, job, life, freedom, relationships, partners…it simply implies that you have CHOSEN these yourself. So, be happy! If not, then CHANGE it! Why just complain?
We are in the habit of cribbing and complaining all the time! Rather, our time and energy should be utilized in finding means and ways to make our Life better.
Remember, only the Weak complains all the time for all their inabilities…the Strong ones just works on the solutions!
ACTIONS
Don’t let the circumstances around you drive your thoughts and actions. Let your thoughts and actions drive (create) the circumstances.
The people who get on in life are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want and if they can’t find, they make them!
Doing Your Thing
Many times the Fear of what people will Say or Think stops us from doing or creating many Wonderful things. If you believe in your thought and have Confidence in yourself…then just do it!
Always remember, people will create doubt and fear in your mind for anything and everything that you intend to do which is not routine. If you have the Conviction then just go ahead and do it!.
Stamina is very important both in sports and in
life. When life repeatedly knocks you with its punches, your stamina will help
you to sustain the pain and continue your fight. And at the right time, you hit
back with a mighty punch, topping it with another one and win with a knockout!
Just remember, perseverance is your stamina in life. Ensure you have it in abundance!
Trust
They say SILENCE speaks a thousand words. True. When there is trust, even your silence is understood. And when there is no trust, every single word you speak is misunderstood.
Building and creating Trust in others is very important in life!
Simple Actions > Big Changes
When
nothing is working for you- either at home or at work,
When you
see no hope from anywhere,
When the
mind feels so heavy with despair,
Just say
these three lines in your heart;
Only I can change my
life
I have to change my
life
I’ll change my life.
Repeat
these lines again and again.
Take the simplest of the actions to make one simple change. Keep taking these small actions and you will see over a period of time Your Life has Changed!
The following are the life facts that I realized very late in my life and wish I could have known them earlier in my life:-
Never stop learning:- Once you have completed your formal education and got into your first job, most of us say goodbye to education. This is not correct. The education should continue side by side till your last day of life! Keep updating yourself. Learn something new always.
Be more Granular:- Avoid superficiality. Get into the specifics and into more details. This implies every aspect of your life, especially to your work/expertise. Remember, the more knowledgeable you are the more valuable you become to others. Your objective should be to achieve the ultimate mastery in your craft!
Keep the time frame of your life in mind:- We have limited time in our life but we all live as if we would be living till eternity! So, ensure you achieve your goals in a proper time frame. If you are not happy in your life then find out the reasons and fix the problem then and there. Don’t just wait that a miracle would happen some fine day and then you will achieve happiness. Time is precious so use it wisely! Also, learn not to regret. What has gone , let it go! You will have another day, another opportunity and another partner! Why sulk then?
Nurture your relationships:- This is very important. Often when young we give a damn to this. But we need people all the time – both in our personal lives and in our professional life. And every relationship needs time and effort. Be genuine when dealing with others. People understand what is fake and what is REAL. Also, be careful about your reputation especially if you want to climb the corporate ladder at a faster pace. Keep in mind- your reputation reaches faster than you!
Taking care of your Parents in real sense:- They have less time. Do whatever you ever wanted to do for them. Do it now. Don’t wait for a suitable time. They will seldom ask for what they want. You have to understand them and provide it to them.
Be mindful of what and how you speak:- Words are very powerful- both spoken and written. Ensure you use them wisely while interacting with others. At least be mindful that you don’t hurt people knowingly or intentionally. You don’t have to be diplomatic all the time but when criticizing some one , take care that your criticism is in the right spirit and not an insult or abuse to the other person.
Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by
its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is
stupid.
Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your
balance you must keep moving.

You need a heart to dream and a mind to set new
goals. Your age has nothing to do with it.
You will have a strong Destiny if you follow the
three Ds religiously in whatever you do- Discipline, Dedication, and
Determination.
Life does not fail you. You fail life by not
responding to the continuous opportunities that it offers to you.
If you imagine yourself as a Failure, you are bound
to fail. But if you start with success in mind, you might achieve it or not but
you will have a successful journey in pursuit of your Goal.
You might have failed in the past but it has no power
to stop you from achieving success in the future. Only you have to decide and begin
your every day with new vigour, determination and more resilience to achieve your
goal.
Every problem in your life is an opportunity for
you to build a new and better life, be it relationship, health, work or
business.
Remember, at some stage in your life you will face hard times. Hard time will make you humble, grateful, respectful for money and time, value friendship, fight your own battle and endure pain. It is the process to make you ready to embrace success and happiness.
It’s not an easy task! When you are doing something routine day in and day out, it gets mundane after some point of time and you lose interest. So, how do we keep ourselves motivated in doing the daily routine work? Some tips for you:-
Try exploring something new every time you perform the routine task. If you look around you will definitely find something innovative to implement or workaround. Even some basic restructuring will help you to retain novelty in your daily routine; like rescheduling the time, breaking the job into multiple sessions, if possible involve others or just review if what you are doing is the easiest way of doing that thing!
Can you be more creative? Creativity will add enthusiasm and also motivation. Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterized by the ability to perceive your daily work in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions.
Find out means and ways to improve the way you are performing the routine task. How you do that? See what are the time-consuming activities in your daily schedule and if there is a scope of reducing the time factor to complete the tasks. Also, how much efforts you are putting and if improvements can be incorporated to reduce the efforts as well. This should be an ongoing and continuous process. Find out opportunities if you can do multitasking and are comfortable doing the same. You need to be critical about yourself and need to challenge your status quo every now and then, then only you will be able to implement improvements.
Interlink your daily routine with some other activities of your interest. This is important. Like listening to your favourite music while doing household work or listening to some good podcast while traveling to/from work or reading something useful while traveling to/from work.
Share your little achievements with family and friends. We all look for encouragement and appreciation. Ensure you celebrate your every little success and achievement with your family and friends. This will keep your motivation level high and would make you want to achieve more. Also, it will create a sense of self-worth. This way you will enjoy your routine work!
Bring in new ideas into your daily work. Use technology where ever you can. This is different from ‘make improvements’. New ideas would mean- what new you can add or what can be removed from your routine work so that your routine work is more meaningful and productive. De-clutter your daily work routine with all that is unnecessary. Use technology to your advantage and not to your distraction.
Take timely breaks. Breaks help us to rejuvenate ourselves and to charge up our energy levels. It also relaxes us from stress.
Pursue your hobbies while performing your daily routine work. Always pursue at least one hobby that you enjoy doing. So, ensure that you engage yourself on a regular basis with this hobby as it will take your mind off from your daily work routine and would make you more cheerful and active.
Keep smiling, crack jokes and have a hearty laugh whenever possible! Do I need to add anything here! Yes, this is a simple activity but many of us rarely do it! Life is a gift, you have to steal moments from its grueling pressures and struggles to make yourself happy. Laugh whenever you can and laugh heartily. Become silly for some time during the day and enjoy the fun that you will create around yourself! Be childlike…they are the best teachers to teach you how to laugh and have fun without needing any reason!
